“Take the
Floor: Teen Poetry Night”
was held in April at the Fort Smith Public Library.
Teens ages
10-17 along with guest adult readers came together in Dewey's Cafe to share their favorite
poems, perform original pieces or just listen at the free event, which was held
in conjunction with National Poetry Month.
